My Client requires an interim Solutions Architect to take on a platform review & selection project.

The project will involve a review of the existing policy admin & claims platform and may extend to cover the implementation of a new platform.

The role will involve:

Review the existing systems and technologies to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and potential threats.

Participate in the decision-making process for potential selection of a new platform.

Lead the development of high-level designs based on a shortlist of platform options.

Provide guidance on cloud, security, technologies, frameworks, and platforms that best suit the needs of the business.

Lead technology selection, architecture design, and implementation strategies.

Essential experience required:

Experience of the London Market

Extensive knowledge of the Insurance Policy/Claims Admin System landscape

Experience of previous Legacy system migration and integration

Expertise in designing and implementing complex, distributed systems.

Proficiency in cloud technologies, microservices architecture, API design, and data management

Experience of AI and it's application in the financial services sector
