Job Title: Digital Transformation Manager

Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000 per year

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Our client, a leader in the Environmental industry, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Transformation Manager to join their team. They are dedicated to delivering Ecological Transformation through decarbonisation, depollution, and resource generation.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise advanced data and technology to automate Back Office systems and reduce operational teams' administrative burden.
• Collaborate with the onsite management team to improve the quality and use of data to meet operational and client requirements.
• Analyse and improve Back Office processes to ensure they are efficient, accurate, and fit for purpose.
• Take ownership of operational data, ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
• Drive the digitization of services by implementing the latest advances in technology.
• Support the implementation of the digital training strategy and provide operational end-user training.
• Establish a data-driven approach to service management, enabling better business decisions.
• Capture and communicate system changes and reporting improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support service changes through routing improvements and the use of spatial (GIS) technology.
• Manipulate large datasets for service analysis and operational system enhancements.

What are we looking for?

• Degree level qualification in Science, Business, Information Systems, Environmental Sciences, or Geographical Information Science.
• Proven experience in operational or analytical management supporting business change.
• Strong relationship management and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, particularly using Excel/Google Sheets.

- Desirable: Practical understanding of Excel, Power BI, SQL, GIS.
