One of my client in Northampton is hiring for an Agile Coach. Below are the job details. Please apply for immediate consideration.

Location: Northampton

Duration: 12months + freelance contract (Extension possible)

Job type: Hybrid

Job Description

  • Coaching programme executives on agile mindset
  • Helping the team to set up agile practices within the programme
  • Help the delivery leaders to shape PI planning, scoping the features for a given release train (they don't use that term, btw)
  • Helping the team to T-shirt sizing, defining spring backlogs, define Jira burn-downs, define agile ceremonies etc.
  • Guide teams in fine-tuning their approach to ensure meeting overall strategy
  • Lead agile workshops for the teams and for key stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and assigning responsibility

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience as agile coach for 5+ years
  • Experience in using Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile framework (SAFe®)
  • Strong skills for coaching and hands-on Scrum Mastering
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
